I combine the Double Diamond with Design Thinking, taking what works best from each to fit real working conditions. Large redesigns get the full process; smaller requests get a faster, compressed version.

Hey! I'm Irene :)
Lead Product Designer specialized in UX research and DesignOps.
My background in cultural management, marketing, and communication gives me a different lens on the problems I take on, I tend to see the business and the user side of a decision at the same time, not one after the other.
For me, designing products means solving problems, with real consequences for the people who use them and the business behind them.
I'm naturally curious about how people think and behave, which is why research and testing are the part of the process I enjoy most, grounded in behavioural design rather than assumptions.
I also stay close to the design community, sharing what I learn on LinkedIn and Instagram, partly because teaching something is the fastest way to actually understand it.
