TIMELINE:
3 months
Shaping a first impression, and an easy way to move between every new app on the digital transformation.
I led the design of three connected pieces: a login that needed to set the tone for the new environment, a dashboard where the welcome message, app hierarchy, notifications, and recent access all had to come together clearly for someone using it for the first time, and a waffle menu present across every app, so navigation stays consistent no matter which tool an employee is in.
Getting there meant working closely with the architecture team, analysts, and leads from across the company's digitalization projects, making sure this entry point could hold up against everything being built behind it.
The result is a consistent, end-to-end experience employees rely on every day to move across every new tool the company rolls out.

How it came together
Built on research first, designed to scale from day one.
The process started with a deep research phase: a heuristic analysis of what the company already had, a benchmark of how similar systems work in the market, and interviews to understand the real context behind how employees use these tools.
From there, I defined the information architecture, validated it with the architecture and analysis teams, and moved into visual design for implementation.
One constraint shaped every decision: many of the new apps in this ecosystem are still being built and don't yet have a defined visual identity. The system needed to work today and adapt as those apps take shape, so it was designed to scale, not to fit a fixed set of logos and styles.
